The crown is wide and spreading and could start to cause damp issues to the thatched roof of No. 15 within a few years as well as potential structural damage to this Grade 11 listed property. It is an unsuitable specimen for this position with limited crown management options and still a young tree which could reach a mature height of 25ms+.
