Proposal
Works to the copper domes to Galleries II and IV as follows: a) Carefully lift existing copper roof sheet to existing window reveal. b) Fixing of new perimeter PCC aluminium frame (unequal angle) to head and jambs only. c) Existing copper roof sheet to be welted over long length of unequal angle to provide a weather/water tight seal. d) New 'second line' of glazing (glass or polycarbonate curved in 2 dimension) to be affixed to short leg of unequal angle, allowing for its removal to provide maintenance and repair as necessary. e) Head and cill to facilitate ventilation (exact detail to be developed further).
