T7 - Sycamore: Mature Sycamore currently in reasonable physiological and structural condition, with no significant immediate safety defects identified. Fell to ground level to facilitate construction of the proposed new outbuilding and provide the necessary space for the building, access and working area. Retention of the tree would significantly constrain the proposed layout.
