Proposal
Non-material amendment following grant of planning permission 64742 for variation of condition no. 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 64287 for conversion of existing vacant commercial properties to 9 no. residential dwellings (Class C3) with associated external alterations, car parking and landscaping and ground floor extension to no. 407: Proposal A: Slight amendment to layout of the front elevation of no.415. Slight change to internal configuration including to arrangement of WCs at ground floor level; removal of studies at 2nd floor level; and, additional rooms to no. 413 and no.415 at 1st floor level, and additional bathrooms at ground floor). Decrease in number of ground floor rooflights to each dwelling (from 3 to 1). Proposal B: Astroturf to the gardens in place of hardstanding and lawn. This was required to satisfy the remediation requirements for the site and has been approved as a remediation measure via discharge of condition 6 (contamination) under application 64742. Canopy roof over the front bay and front door in place of a hipped roof to the bay window. Use of Carlton Civic Multi Brickwork to frontage.

Non-material amendment following grant of planning permission 70033: Render to be installed and first floor window to be retained and increased in height to match adjacent windows to the right hand elevation; 2 no. small windows (W36 & W35) are to be increased in height to match the style/ proportions of the original first floor windows on the rear elevation. The low level obscured glazing and upper pane opening casements will be installed to match the other first floor windows.
