Proposal

Lawful development certificate for proposed part demolition of a single skin, brick built garage with lean-to wooden shed. To be replaced by wooden framed summer room with integral shed, uPVC doors and windows, with log-lap cladding. Flat roof (of the original garage) to be replaced by dual pitched roof. Brick wall at boundary to our adjacent neighbours (67 Fernview Dr), to be retained as part of the new structure.
