Proposal

Lawful development certificate for proposed: I have a current rear extension to my property which is a red brick rendered outhouse which is accessed from outside. This extends around 4 meters from the back of my property and is 1.9 meters wide. There is then a void/path between the wall of this outhouse and the garden wall of 1.7 meters which is the access from my back door into the garden. I am proposing to remove this existing extension and replace it with a single storey flat roofed extension that covers the width of my house. This will extend from my property 3 meters and be 3.6 meters wide (3.9 meters where it joins the house).
