Proposal
Lawful development certificate for proposed construction of a conservatory on the side of the house. The proposed development will be approx.15 square meters on completion. The structure will be of brick/ block walls with a render finish to match the existing house. The roof will be a lean- to type with a felt tile covering. The walls be pvc floor to ceiling double glazed panels. Plastic guttering and down pipes to connect into existing surface water drainage system. The floor construction has not yet been agreed with the contractor. The structure will stand on vacant land previously used as garden land.
