Demolition of Finsley Gate Mill complex and all associated site structures within its curtilage (with the specific exception of the four original enclosing elevations of the main three storey mill building fronting Finsley Gate and the earlier two storey mill building to the west of that fronting the Leeds-Liverpool Canal). Retained structures are buildings 2 and 3B as shown on the key plan ref D05/128 SK100 appended to the Rogers Leask Limited report titled Finsley Gate Mill, Burnley, Demolition and Stability Proposals, Rev B (Final), July 2010
