Removal of 6 no. trees that are within 7m of our property and pose a structural risk to the property, as well as voiding householder insurance. See Sketch Plan for species T1- Yew - Remove T2, T3 - Beech - Remove T4 - Poplar - Remove T5, T6 - Beech - Remove T7 - Reduce Sycamore to 5m above ground level. Weekly gutter maintenance is required during the autumn months due to the volume of leaf fall. Blocked gutters are currently causing water ingress to the property. Additionally, these trees cause excessive shading to the house, resulting in moss growth on the roofs, posing a further maintenance task. We would look to plant a native cherry tree in the place of the cluster of beeches and the poplar removed.
