Listed building application for proposed refurbishment and replacement of windows, selective recovering and replacement of modern flat roofs, replacement of timber cladding to internal face of parapet walls, brick work repairs and possible re-building 1980s projecting walls, concrete repairs to external staircase, redecoration of metal gates and external handrails, isolated cleaning to the front facade and the internal repair of plaster finishes affected by damp and salt mobilisation. Repair and repointing of rear eastern external boundary wall.
