Proposal
Application for the approval of details subject to condition 4 (cycle and bin storage facilities) of planning approval 24/05347/FUL. BIKE STORAGE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Material - Hot-dipped galvanised steel (BS EN ISO 1461:2022) ? Finish - Scratch-resistant powder coating, full RAL colour range ? Locking - Three-point locking system, pick & drill resistant ? Colour - Green (RAL 6037), Polyester Powder Coating BINS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: ? Timber - Pressure Treated Redwood with Tanalith Drawing 002-GA Rev A shows where the stores are to be located within the curtilage of the property. To reach the bicycle store, existing steps from the patio into the garden must be negotiated. We have deployed the use of a bike ramp, as described in the drawing, so that bikes do not have to be lifted. This is a solution adopted successfully on many HMO developments throughout the country to address negotiating existing steps.
