In accordance with the requirements of Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 17 to the High-Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017, the nominated undertaker hereby requests approval of PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS relating to the following development authorised by the Act: - Princes Risborough to Aylesbury Rail Overbridge - A4010 Stoke Mandeville Bypass Overbridge - Footpath SMA/9 Accommodation Overbridge - 1 No. UK Power Networks (UKPN) Substation - Risborough Road Underpass - Stoke Mandeville South Embankment (Part of) - Aylesbury South Cutting (Part of) - Earthworks associated with the 3 no. approved access tracks and to create 3 no. new access tracks - Earthworks associated with the Stoke Mandeville A4010 Bypass - Earthworks associated with the realignment of PRoW SMA5/2, PRoW SMA 8/2, PRoW SMA/9/1 and PRoW SMA 11/2 - Earthworks associated with the GSMR Compound - Watercourse diversions at Stoke Brook and a tributary of Stoke Brook - 3 No. Drainage Ponds - Drainage Ditches - 5 No. Ecology Ponds - 2 No. Flood Compensation Areas - 12 No. Ditch Crossings - 3 No. Culverts and 2 No. Ancillary Culverts (above ground elements only) - Noise Barriers - 3 No. Line Side Steps (Access Stairs) - Lighting Equipment - Location of the Vehicle Restraint Barriers - Location of the permanent (security and boundary) fencing
