Certificate of lawfulness for proposed single storey rear extension off existing living and dining spaces. Red multi facing brickwork to match existing house. Extension size (3.7m deep x 6.25m wide). Flat roof to new extension with single ply membrane (dark grey) and glazed rooflights not projecting more than 150mm above roof. Height of extension from ground level to top of finished flat roof level 3m. Small brickwork parapet with coping stone to perimeter of new roof. New uPVC window unit to match existing house windows (white), and new bifold doors across rear of extension (anthracite grey frames). Small path of flagstone paving in front of new bi-fold doors max 1m depth. New internal rainwater downpipe to flat roof to be taken to new soakaway.
