T8 - Prune Yew - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by around 2 metres. T3 Prune - Magnolia - Remove 15 percent of the branches to thin the crown. Reduce the house side of the tree by 1-1.5 metres. (Gerrards Cross Centenary Conservation Area).
