Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Reduction by up to one third of a large sycamore tree to the left of our property. Labelled Sycamore 1 (2-3m reduction) This is to rectify work taken out on the tree by our neighbours two years ago where a large section of the tree overlooking their garden was removed to provide more light for their garden. The tree currently looks lopsided and a reduction should hopefully sort this out or go someway to rectifying it. Having consulted the tree surgeon who did the work he suggests an overall reduction of a third on the whole tree to ensure its health.
