Listed building consent for replacement of existing rotten window sill with new seasoned oak, including removal of lead flashing. Replacing the existing rotten timber below the lead work with new masonry with addition of tile creasing to match with existing creasing tile detail. Raking out all existing lime mortar along with some sand and cement pointing and re-pointing this entire section of flintwork with new lime mortar using NHL 3.5 lime mortar mix. Addition of stone to exposed right hand corner of foundation
