Granted Bromsgrove TPO25/005 Works to a tree with a TPO

Proposal

A Corscian Pine came down. The tree in TPO number G5 is a large Corsician Pine but it has a co dominant stem and needs taking town ASAP. There is one Corsican pine in G4 ( next to the one that fell down in the wind ) Needs taking down before it falls down. The rest of the trees need an angle for a crown and a clean thin out.

The tree at the end of our garden, which has a TPO needs to be managed as the branches grow horizontally across our fence causing pressure to and damage to the top of the fence. I would like to remove the branches that are damaging the fence.

I would like permission to cut back some of the branches, including the top of the tree. The beech tree is becoming extremely large with branches over-reaching to my neighbours and we are receiving complaints about beech nuts and branches falling onto neighbouring property. I have always had concerns about the tree falling and so would like to keep the height trimmed so that it doesn't reach the property, should it fall.
