Proposal

Cedar - This tree of overgrowing neighbours property, it has branches that are damaged but stuck in the tree. It has ruined my lawn with needle fall and has a potential to fall as it is grown at an angle of approx 15degrees. Ideally would like to replace it with a native Beech or Oak tree but if not it needs severe pruning. It has little aesthetic value and is causing friction between neighbours.

The beech tree is becoming extremely large with branches over-reaching to my neighbours and we are receiving complaints about beech nuts and branches falling onto neighbouring property.
