There is a large tree at the top of our garden where a number of branches are now over our neighbours house . Some of the branches look diseased and we are worried if they break it will damage our neighbours roof. We would like permission to cut these branches back

To remove a massively overgrown conifer which is growing into a tree which has a preservation order on it, so could cause damage. The conifer is also taking ever more and more of the garden. Also lower Laurel at the end of the garden and Crown Reduce the large Magnolia that hangs of our drive.
