Proposal
T1 Smaller Oak in severe decline - Option 1 - Dismantle entire tree to near ground level. Option 2 - A minimum of reducing large limb over extended limb on the eastern side by 8m (see photo) (Height from 12m down to 11m and spread from 4.5m down to 3m). T2 Larger dead Oak - Dismantle entire tree to near ground level. T3 Smaller live Oak - Lift by removal of epicormic growth house side up to main union at 5m, remove lowest limb off that stem and prune remaining limb back to give 3m clearance of the house profile. Reduce in height by 2m to alleviate weight from the stem which has woodpecker holes in (height from 12m down to 10m and spread from 6m down to 4m). T4 Large live Oak - Lift canopy by removal of epicormic growth and what is older epicormic growth up to crown break at 8m, leaving the roadside for screen. Reduce southern mid canopy branches back from the profile of the building by 3m. Northern roadside to lift canopy up to 6m and 4m over the footpath (height from 18m no change and spread from 12m down to 10m). SUBJECT TO TPO 1811 (14.5.2001)
