T1 Smaller Oak in severe decline - Option 1 - Dismantle entire tree to near ground level. T3 Smaller live Oak - Lift by removal of epicormic growth house side up to main union at 5m, remove lowest limb off that stem and prune remaining limb back to give 3m clearance of the house profile. T4 Large live Oak - Lift canopy by removal of epicormic growth and what is older epicormic growth up to crown break at 8m, leaving the roadside for screen. Reduce southern mid canopy branches back from the profile of the building by 3m.
