Proposal

Minor amendments to previously approved planning permission (ref. 22/03306/FULL6) for a single-storey side extension and roof alterations. The proposed revisions include refinement of the front dormer design, continuation of the front sloping pitched roof across the garage element to create a continuous roof form, Addition of 2 more dormer windows on the right side, minor adjustments to window positions, and internal layout improvements within the roof space. The existing single-storey garage is retained as a garage, with the front elevation revised to include a single door providing access between the driveway and rear garden. The overall scale, footprint and height of the approved development remain unchanged.
