T3 Declining Robinia - Dismantle entire tree to near ground level. T4 Large Cedar - Lift canopy by removal of 3 lowdown limbs. Remove all major and minor dead which is on the stem and main limbs. Remove any broken branches. Remove one limb with cavity at the top of the tree to reduce the risk of failure. Reduce top long lateral and long mid lateral by drop crotching.
