Proposal

T3 Norway Maple – Reduce canopy overhanging neighbouring property to give at least 2m of clearance from the building. T8 Cherry - Section fell as close to ground level as possible. T11 Sycamore - Section fell as close to ground level as possible. T13 Sycamore - Section fell as close to ground level and poison stump with appropriate herbicide (eco-plugs)to prevent future regrowth. T12 Beech - Crown lift by raising lower canopy over footpath to 3m from ground level. T15 Crab Apple - Remove major deadwood and shape remaining canopy. T18 Box Elder - Reduce overall canopy by up to 1.5m and shape accordingly. T21 Cypress - Reduce overall height by up to 4m and trim remaining canopy into a tight compact shape. T23 Lime - Reduce overall height by up to 3m and lateral branches by up to 1.5m to create a more balanced canopy. T24 Lime - Crown lift by raising lower canopy to 3m from ground level and clear epicormic growth to 4m from ground level. T26 Cedar - Remove major deadwood throughout the canopy and lift over garage roof to give 4m clearance. T29 Oak - Reduce overall canopy by up to 2m, shape accordingly and remove major deadwood. T30 Blue Atlas Cedar - Crown lift by raising lower canopy to 3m from ground level. T31 Cedar - Reduce a selection of lower laterals to give a clearance of 2m from roof. T32 & T33 Beech on grass verge opposite central island - Crown lift lower canopy to provide approximately 5m clearance from ground level over the road. SUBJECT TO TPO BB 6 1959
