Loft conversion to include replacement roof with increase in roof height, addition of rear dormer and side rooflights and elevational alterations) to vary condition 2 (approved plans). Changes to include; - Depth of ground floor increased to 1.35m with new flat/parapet roof design and ceiling height increased to 3.4m. Flat rooflights added. - Two chimney’s on roof removed on flank elevation (opposite No. 21 Foxgrove Ave) - Garage roof design redesigned and now flat with parapet wall. Ceiling height increased to 3.4m - Side rooflights now square in design replacing previous triangular rooflights on flank rooflsopes - Introduction of brick wall to basement extension on side elevation (opposite No. 21 Foxgrove Avenue) - Introduction of Balustrading to ground floor/balcony level.
