Proposed replacement of the existing roof, including an increase in ridge height and roof pitch, together with the installation of 3no. rear dormer windows to replace the existing flat-roof dormer. New external raised decking area and a reduction in glazing on the north-west elevation. Reconfiguration of the roof space and remaining internal layout of the dwelling. Addition of an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) solar (PV) panels, and battery storage facilities and associated internal and external alterations. (This application is a revised version of a previous scheme approved under permission 21/P/1289/FUH.)
