Proposal
Demolition of the existing rear conservatory and front porch. Proposed erection of a single storey flat roof rear extension and a erection of a first-floor rear extension, new pitched roof dormer window and provision of a new pitched roof structure to the existing bay window to the south east elevation. Erection of 2no. new porches to the front door (south east) and to serve a new side door (north west) and removal of existing brick chimney stack, new roof covering of plain clay tiles along with the repositioning of a new photovoltaic (PV) array on the south west pitch following the removal of the existing to the south east elevation. New air source heat pump (ASHP) to the north eastern elevation and widening of the vehicular driveway including works to improve the existing rear (north west) concrete blockwork boundary wall.
