Proposal

Rear Garden Back Boundary T1 - Tree of Heaven Reduce Eastern aspect of the crown by up to 2.5 metres. Reduce Western aspect to balance and shape. T2 - Bay Reduce height down to approximately 1 metre above fence height. Trim sides as hard as possible whilst retaining growth. Middle Area T3 - Magnolia Reduce sides by up to 1 metre. Reduce top to balance and shape. Left Boundary G4 - 2 x Bay Trim all round to neaten and shape. The proposed works would not reduce the amenity value of the trees and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term The works are part of a regular maintenance programme to retain the trees at a suitable size for their location.
