Following my recent site visit, the below quotation is for an NPTC trained tree team to attend site: Front Perimeter Hedge (Adjacent to Footpath): Reduce height of hedge uniformly to maintain a tidy appearance. Prune hedge laterally back to the chain link fence boundary. Cut back any overhanging growth obstructing the footpath to ensure clear pedestrian access. Wall Line Vegetation Clearance: Remove all vegetation and weeds along the wall running along side Marks and Spencer's Fire exit. Prune any climbing or overhanging plants back to the top edge of the wall, in accordance with the area marked in yellow on the provided Google image. Ensure clear visibility and a neat finish along the wall line. Prune Trees to BS Standards 3998:2010 on top of the wall Fire Exit - Side of M&S: Prune trees and vegetation around the fire exit.2m from building, mixed species and on a wall 3m from the ground. Cut all growth back to the wall edge. Ensure unobstructed access and compliance with fire safety regulations.
