Proposal
Multiple pruning works to trees within the Paddock Field Estate area following a tree condition and maintenance survey. Cut backs, sucker growth removal, reshapes and reductions are to remediate encroachment issues and bring the trees to an acceptable size for continued maintenance and monitoring. Crown cleans and crown lifts are for health and safety purposes and for improving the condition of each tree. Full tree specifications and work proposals are attached to site plan. WORK SPECIFICATION DETAILS: Lift crown: From ground level to height specified. Sucker growth: Removal of basal sucker growth at ground level unless otherwise stated to clear lower stem. Reshape crown: Reduce over extended branches to rebalance crown shape by no more than 1m to appropriate growth points. Crown clean: Removal of broken and/or small rubbing and crossing branches and deadwood. Cut back from building: Prune lateral branches to appropriate growth points by no more than 1m unless otherwise stated to give sufficient clearance from buildings. Reduce crown: By specification stated to appropriate growth points. Felling works: For reasons stated in survey.

Reasons- the tree has not been worked on for some time and it is cutting out light at the back of the property and for other properties in the vicinity. It is a very tall tree for the confined space that it is in.
