The tree has a severe lean towards the northwest. On inspection, it is believed the tree is gradually collapsing towards the house and thus presents a danger to people and property. A replacement Oak tree of between 12-17 nursery stock will be planted in a different location to the one removed. It will be planted in the rear garden of the same property.
