T1 Oak - Reduce lateral growth to south east by 2m (tertiary growth - no pruning of main scaffold branches). Maintain 5m clearance over road. T2 Horse Chestnut - reduce height by 4m, radial branch spread by 2m, crown lift to 5m over road (re-balance crown). T3 Horse Chestnut - reduce height by 3m and radial spread by 2m (3m reduction low / mid crown roadside). Crown lift to 5m over road. T4 Oak - Reduce height by 4m and radial spread by 2.5m (up to 4m reduction of tertiary growth lower crown south to ensure 2m clearance from building) Crown lift to 5m over garden area. Reason dominance of tree over adjacent properties and gardens. Pruning to reduce dominance and to address structural defect/split branch requiring reduction. (TPO17/2006)
