Proposal

Demolish existing outbuildings and construct four new outbuildings on existing hard standings. Replace existing timber fencing including close boarded fencing to separate public areas from private and kitchen areas. Construct new stairs to allow access to rear gardens. Remove existing window and replace door to south elevation, remove existing door and window to east elevation. Install extraction system on top of rear extension. Internal works undertake essential emergency repairs, redecorate existing rooms, upgrade mechanical and electrical fittings. Install fire alarm. Remove false ceiling and renovate existing fire place.
