Rear Garden: G1: Multi-stemmed Prunus trees: Remove one large collapsed stem which grows toward and over the neighbouring property; remove Ivy from the high crown structure; reduce lateral and sub-lateral growth of the stem growing towards the house and over the lawn by approximately 1.20m; thin crown by approximately 20%; reduce overlong branches back into main crown structure by up to 1.50m. G2: Willow (collapsed but regenerating): Prune back to clear neighbouring boundary/property line by approximately 1.00m; reduce overhang hard back from the studio to provide a minimum clearance of approximately 1.20m; remove minor secondary sucker growth at ground level to clear the building; remove sucker growth and stems which are growing into the crown of the centrally located Leyland Cypress. T3: Sycamore Sapling: in the left hand corner close to the railway and neighbouring property. Remove.
