Proposal
Notification under the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003 (as amended) to utilise permitted development rights for the replacement of antennas and ancillary items. The proposed antennas will utilise the existing main support poles and will be just 0.3m higher than existing, and the replacement ancillary items will be in the same locations as existing and below and behind the antennas thereby minimising the visual impact so far as practicable.
