Variation of conditions 2 (development built in accordance with approved plans), 3 (front garden), 4 (front wall), 5 (green roof), 6 (internal timber), 7 (windows), 8 (render removal), 9 (external paint), 10 (stone sample), 11 (roof slate), 12 (existing floorboards), 13 (timber floor structure), 14 (roof timber structure), 15 (internal doors) Removal and replacement of existing front door with new door to match. Existing floor boards at first floor level (note only c.60% coverage) to be lifted and re-located to attic floor. Air condition condenser unit to be located within retained and rebuilt roof of west side extension, with grille / louvre to rear elevation for air circulation. Openings to basement lightwells and to new-build rear elements to utilise metal windows / doors. Retention / rebuilding of side extension first floor (west). Revised design to roof of dining room. Omission of doors DG.01 and DG.02 and installation of a fire curtain to both openings. Change of granite sets to external courtyards to stone paving. Render front wall to match general boundary treatment of adjacent properties and retain existing decorative cappings and replicate to centre. Reinstate missing chimney / rebuild front west chimney. Removal and replacement of first floor partition walls due to beetle infestation. Rear elevation kitchen extract and Front elevation 'air brick' grilles added of Listed Building Consent reference 19/0786 dated 28 May, 2019, for Listed building consent for alterations and refurbishment to a Grade II listed building: External alterations including demolition of the two storey outrigger, partial demolition of the first floor west side extension, erection of two single storey rear extensions, creation of a rear courtyard, demolition of front portico and replacement with new 'Doric' portico and steps, replacement of roof tiles, removal of existing render and application of lime render, replacement of all windows, re-landscaping of the front garden area including new boundary wall treatment with metal railings and retention of two existing vehicle crossovers. Internal alterations to include rooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes within the existing basement, new staircase located directly below the existing staircase to provide access to basement, retention and refurbishment of existing staircase between ground floor and first floors including new skirting, architraves and cornicing, arrangement of ground floor accommodation to include living room, study, dining room, kitchen, utility, cloakroom and bedrooms, first floor accommodation arranged to include a main bedroom, bathroom and dressing room.
