South side elevation * Reduction in side stairwell window size and introduction of one additional ground floor side window; * Removal of side entrance; * Small change to external ground level; and, * Removal of covered side passage for timber gate to full planning permission reference 17/1131 dated 16/06/2017 for Demolition of existing dwellinghouse and erection of a replacement two-storey dwellinghouse with converted loft space and basement level, and associated alterations to the front boundary wall to provide vehicular and pedestrian access gates, car and cycle parking, bin stores and landscaping.
