T1 - Semi- Mature walnut situated in middle of garden to have an all round reduction of 2-3 meters to suitable replacement growth. Lowest long lateral limb to be fully removed creating more light and space for Acer underneath. ; T2 - Semi- mature ash tree situated on neighbour border to have stem overhanging property removed to main stem, leaving all stems over neighbours die. Deadwood canopy. ; T3- Fruit tree at rear of property to have water shoots removed. ; T4 - Mature Sycamore situated over shed to be reduced by 4-5 meters on side overhanging property and 3-4 meter reduction on top edge to follow reduction line for aesthetics.
