T1 and T2 Sycamore, Remove and replace to allow improvements to tennis pavilion.The trees form an essential green buffer to the edge of the canal within the Conservation Area and I would advise that T2 Sycamore is removed initially which will allow the pavilion to be moved closer to the institute and retain T1 Sycamore which may be clear of the new building and could possibly be retained subject or not to minor pruning.
