T1 Conifer - Pollard in height to leave a stump of approx 10ft - Nuisance + light, we are proposing to leave a 10ft stump as the client would like to use this for a tree house. T2 Yew - Crown lift to give a maximum of 5metres ground clearance over the garden and roadside - to give sufficient clearance for pedestrians / high sided vehicles and to allow more natural light under the tree canopy. T3 (Laurel) + T4 (Elderberry) - Remove - Both trees are hindered by the cherry tree, their removal will allow the cherry tree to form a more natural shape and improve amenity.
