T1- Conifer. Remove to ground level. The applicant has a lovely garden that slopes steeply upwards and is surrounded on all sides by mature hardwood trees. The conifer in question has grown to a size now that they feel makes them feel hemmed in as it sits up the slope making it feel much bigger than it is. With the surrounding trees dominating the garden the applicant would like to remove the conifer to give them a sense of space back to their garden.
