T5 - Oak - Fell and re plant - this particular tree has a lot of deadwood in the crown and has a major lean over the children's play area, upon inspection there looks to be a crack on the rear of the stem where it begins lean. Tree owner is very concerned regarding the safety of these trees especially as they are in high impact areas.
