The tree in question is a self seeded willow, the neighbours in the terrace houses behind have complained about the height and the over hang of the branches, stating that (The leaves and smaller branches fall on the their shared drive and path, this becomes slipery and a hazard to walk on in winter and autumn. onother has said the leaves and small branches reggularly block the guttering joined guttering to the terraces and causes leaks yea round. As seen in the pictures, the roots to the tree are damaging out bath to the back gate making the access unsafe and this path not fit for use. we have been advised by a contractor to seek permission to coppice but not fully remove the tree.
