Proposal

Proposed Works 1) Removal of three multi-stem conifer trees located in close proximity to the boundary wall to allow remedial works to be commenced immediately. 2) No replacement of trees in this area owing to the roots of the current trees were cited as the most likely cause of the disturbance of the wall by the independent structural engineer and clearly, has been the cause of the collapse of the adjacent section of the wall of the neighbouring property. 3) Grant approval, where required, for the maintenance of all applicable trees within and/or crossing our boundary where overhanging branches are blocking gutters/drains or impacting light
