Erection of a new sports pavilion incorporating a café, function hall and associated amenity spaces. Implement a new landscape setting to enhance the local setting of the new pavilion following demolition of the existing sports pavilion. The new sports pavilion and landscaping will be fully accessible for disabled people and incorporate a disabled change with a disabled WC and shower. The proposals will fully retain the existing vehicular and cycle parking present on the site.
