First and second floor conversion of existing ablution areas to provide separate male and female ablution facilities within upper floors of each accommodation block to suit current and future usage. This will include reconfiguration of sanitary fittings within the spaces, alterations to black painted external cast iron soil drainage pipework, and enhanced extract ventilation requiring new extract louvres within solid PVCu panels replacing existing glazing panels within sash windows.
