Associated roads and access provisions car parking (including basement parking) servicing areas open space and public realm landscaping and infrastructure including changes to ground levels and demolition of a wall within the car park of the Council Offices on the line of the Historic boundary with land to the rear of 16 Shute End as part of a comprehensive Town Centre Regeneration Scheme (linked with the Peach Place development).
