Erection of a single storey side extension to the public library to form an I.T. suite, installation of a retractable canopy in the open-air void between the existing covered walkway and the community centre, formation of a buggy store to the front elevation, installation of cladding to the front and side elevations, alterations to fenestration and doors of the building, formation of replacement 1.2 metre high metal boundary fencing and gate to eastern amenity area, formation of hardstanding to form a replacement footpath adjacent to the library building through the amenity area to replace the existing footpath, and alterations to the rear of the site including the erection of a replacement canopy to cover the existing yard and the formation of replacement gates and fencing (Regulation 3 application).
