Section 73 for the erection of 1no four bedroom detached house and 3no. three bedroom terrace houses with associated parking following demolition of existing house and variation of conditions 2 (approved plans) and 9 which states that notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no additional windows, similar openings or enlargement thereof shall be constructed in the north or south elevations of the dwellings on plots 2 and 4 or in the south elevation of the dwelling on plot 1 hereby permitted except for any which may be shown on the approved drawing(s) by the insertion of an addtional window in side elevation of plots 2 and 4. (For clarification: this application is for the insertion of a side window in Plots 2 & 4).
