Proposal
T1 – Western red cedar - Reduce the lateral spread of the Western Red Cedar by approximately 1–2 metres on all sides, in accordance with the attached annotated photographs. Prune branches to provide suitable clearance from neighbouring properties, the dwelling roof and adjacent trees. Crown raise where necessary to maintain statutory clearance above the adjoining road and footpath. Reduce overextended lateral limbs back to suitable secondary growth points, maintaining the tree’s natural form, height and overall character.
