T1 – Scots pine - Fell the Scots pine to ground levelc- The tree exhibits numerous structural defects throughout the canopy T2 – Maritime pine - Reduce the branches extending towards the property by approximately 1–2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points to retain a natural and flowing branch line. Remove all deadwood throughout the canopy. T3 – Holm oak - Fell the Holm oak to ground level - substantial bifurcated union located at approximately six metres above ground level.
